The objective of this station and website is to introduce an unfamiliar audience with all things rap, starting with The XXL 2016 Freshman Class and essentially moving backward, forward and all around them. I plan to spend around an hour or so going through each artist's discography in chronological order of release and walk the listeners through their progression of artistry...obviously dedicating more time if needed per-album/mixtape.

           From there, my plan is to document the blatant influences and idols these 10 rappers pulled from in order to make their fame and original sound, explicate how those paths were paved by artists no longer heard from like ILoveMakonnen, and continue tying strings between rappers over the past couple of decades.

          So many artists will eventually fill the pages, but for now, it will primarily focus on new and upcoming rappers -- and those I feel a particularly strong passion for -- Enjoy the growth of the site, I have no idea the span it will reach by the end.
